Presto AI is a macOS application that captures regions of your screen, sends them to an AI service for analysis, and displays the results in a floating overlay. The service requires an internet connection.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• The free tier includes 5 screen analyses with no account required
• Presto AI Pro ($5.99/month) provides unlimited analyses and additional features
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
• Refunds are handled according to the payment processor's policies

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App for academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's honor code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication
• Share your subscription credentials with others

5. Academic Use Disclaimer

Presto AI is designed as a study aid and learning tool. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with their educational institution's academic integrity policies. We do not encourage or condone academic dishonesty.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Presto AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

• AI-generated answers may contain errors. Always verify important work.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any consequences of relying on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presto AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
